Ginu George
Ginu George is a seasoned enterprise technology and sustainability leader with over 22 years of experience at the intersection of sustainability, energy, procurement innovation, and behavioural data sciences. With a career spanning global consulting firms and Fortune 500 companies, Ginu has successfully led digital initiatives, platform strategies, and data-driven transformations across finance, technology, manufacturing and public sector landscapes.
Ginu has held leadership and strategic roles with Ernst & Young, Dell Inc., Deloitte Australia, and the Commonwealth Bank of Australia, driving enterprise scale changes. He is passionate about building future ready enterprises that harness data, design, and human insight to navigate complexity and create lasting value.
Ginu holds an MPhil in Futures Studies, is an alumnus of Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore, and is a Chartered Accountant with the Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand (CA ANZ). He translated his PhD research into sustainability products that now form the core of SYNE Group’s business.
Dr. Sunley Lissy George
Sunley is a interdisciplinary professional with advanced degrees in Public Health, Sustainability, and Dental Surgery, bringing a rare and valuable interdisciplinary perspective to the fields of Climate, Sustainable Development, Food and Water Security integrated with human health. With expertise spanning ESG strategy, impact measurement, ethical and climate resilient supply chains, and food systems transformation, Sunley integrates clinical insight with systems thinking to drive equitable and sustainable outcomes across sectors.
Holding a Master of Public Health, a Master of Sustainability, and a Master of Dental Surgery, Sunley is adept at applying holistic health and sustainability frameworks to business practices, policymaking, and community impact programs.
Sunley is deeply committed to empowering organizations to act as custodians of both human and environmental wellbeing. Through her collaborative strategies, she help shape inclusive, climate adaptive, and impact led pathways to a healthier and more sustainable future.
